Hours for this position include 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM and 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM. Every other weekend and every other holiday off.
Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant cooking or large scale food production. Additional experience or education in culinary or formal food preparation a plus.
