Customer Service – E Commerce Specialist - recoupIT, inc, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania 17050

Provide customer support on various ecommerce marketplaces in an innovative, friendly and efficient manner, primarily through email, though some phone and online chat.
Issue, maintain and reconcile customer returns database.
Research and resolve customer issues
Create new product listings
Maintain product listings regarding inventory, price changes, picture updates, description and promotions. Learn about the devices we sell and be able to assist customers with basic tech questions

Office in warehouse setting.
7 paid annual holidays
15 days leave per year (accrual basis)

40 hour work week (winter hours 8:00 - 4:30, summer hours 7:00 to 3:30)

Requirements
Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written skills
Excellent phone etiquette
Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in a fast pace setting
Knowledge of computers, particularly MS Office Applications (Excel, Outlook and Word)
Ability to perform different tasks critical to our day to day operations
Strong proficiency with web navigation and be social media savvy
Interest in electronic gadgets/industry
Buying/selling experience on open marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, etc is a plus but not a requirement
