Customer Service Representative - Dayton Parts, LLC, Harrisburg, PA

Shift: 1st shift, 8am - 4pm
General Responsibilities: Wait on customers via phone and counter ina kind and courteous manner for the parts and service departments. Communicate with customers in the estimating and scheduling of repair jobs. Computer skills are required for invoicing, updating, adjusting, report generation, and inventory checks. Must be able to operate a keyboard ina timely manner and be able to do basic shop tasks including retrieving parts for orders. Must be able to lift 75 pounds minimum. A background check will be performed due to the daily cash and credit transactions.
Preferred Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent is required. Must possess the ability to deal with customers in a courteous and professional manner and be able to wotk without constant supervision. Prefer 2 years experience with springs, suspension and steering or similar truck parts experience for the heavy duty truck industry.
