Baker - Dickinson College, Carlisle, Pennsylvania 17013

The Baker assists the Head Baker in all production and sanitation in the bake shop. Work schedule Friday – Tuesday 3am to 12pm. Days off are Wednesday and Thursday. The Baker must take pride in his/her baked products and insure the highest quality possible. Reporting to the Head Baker, is responsible for producing baked goods according to the guidelines and established standard recipes following the HACCP procedures, assisting the Head Baker in developing new menu ideas and production methods and other duties as assigned. Five years' experience in an institutional setting in addition to formal training as a professional baker is preferred or ACF certification. The ability to work according to established guidelines and the ability to interact with fellow employees and department are essential.
