Responsibilities

Provide quality air duct cleaning and related services to customers
Clean air handler including blower motor, coils and exterior of the unit
Accurately estimate jobs by furnace type, number of registers/returns, and any specialty needs
Remove all registers and returns, seal in preparation of the duct cleaning
Vacuum and clean all registers and returns
Assist with Heating and Air Conditioning installations

Qualifications

Stable work history
Willingness to learn/interest in HVAC
EPA Universal Certified Preferred
R-410A Certified Preferred
Customer Service/Sales Experience a plus

Summary: Roadside Assistance Specialist is responsible for taking ownership of member issues and providing appropriate resolutions that will benefit the member and the Club. They receive calls from members; gather, document, and pass on necessary information to provide appropriate and timely service; work with members to determine the best course of action; educate members by explaining services, benefits and describing the actions that will occur; offer consolation, advice, and assistance to help members deal with their situation.

Qualifications: H.S. diploma or GED a must; 2-3 yrs of customer service experience; typing and basic computer skills are required; must have proper telephone etiquette and speak in a clear, understandable manner; must tactfully control interactions in order to efficiently obtain and give necessary information; must be able to clearly explain policies, benefits, and steps that will be taken; must be able to read maps, and be able to work on weekends and holidays.

Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday – 9:00am – 3:00pm; Tuesday – 8:00am – 2:00pm
